Patrick Tarnowski, PT, MBA
Chief Commercial Officer

As OneStep’s Chief Commercial Officer, Pat is accountable for the company’s US market entry through strategic provider partnerships. His deep healthcare experience as a leader in health plans, health systems, medical devices, startups and digital care delivery support and enable OneStep’s growth and scale.
As an entrepreneur, Pat has successfully launched and scaled care delivery companies, digital solutions that focused on health and wellbeing, disease management and virtual care and worked with providers to achieve success in value-based payment models.
He received his degree in physical therapy from Boston University and his master’s in business administration from the University of St. Thomas. He has been the principal investigator in numerous clinical studies and is the Vice President of Professional Practice of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association’s and the Minnesota Cancer Alliance Steering Committee.
William Dieter, PT, DPT, GCS, FSOAE

Dr. Dieter received his doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Thomas Jefferson University in 2011.
He has been the Director of PT Clinical Services at FOX Rehabilitation since 2014, and more recently became the Director of the FOX Geriatric Residency in Physical Therapy, from which he graduated in 2013 and obtained his board certification in geriatric physical therapy.
He is also adjunct faculty at Rutgers University and has performed original research and presented on the topics of translational research and quality improvement in various settings. Two of his original research papers, on the topic, have undergone peer-reviewed publication.
He is an active APTA member and has presented at semi-annual conferences, APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting, APTA’s NEXT Conference, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons Annual Meeting. His main areas of interest are falls and balance, quality improvement in geriatric physical therapy, and residency/fellowship education.
